Son Bou It is the longest beach in Menorca and one of the few open seas on the island. The beach in Son Bou is 2.5 km long and 50 meters wide, between Cap de ses Penyes, on the east side, and Punta Rodona, on the west side. It has fine sand and crystal clear water.

Son Bou est la plus grande plage de Minorque. Cette plage offre près de deux kilomètres et demi de sable doré pour en profiter. Le long de la plage, vous trouverez des petits bars, des personnes pratiquant des sports nautiques et de nombreux endroits avec des chaises longues et des parasols où vous pourrez vous reposer.

Beach is shallow and well lifeguarded but at 4km long the western end is quiet away from the urbanisation of Son Bou. Banana and ring rides available at 12€ per person for a 12 minute ride. Visited August 2023.

Playa de Son Bou. Playa de Son Bou is Menorca's longest and possibly most popular beach, stretching 3km. The warm, choppy sea is perfect for taking out a jetski and exploring the expansive coastline but less ideal for families with small children. Most of the beach is nudist-friendly but even more so to the west of the bay.
